News | 12 November 2025
Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Medicine and Research – Secure, Connected, Practical:
Do you work with medical data or develop AI solutions?
If so, the LIFE Management Cluster of the School of Medicine cordially invites you to the 1st KIMed Network Partner Forum on November 25, 2025!
The KIMed Network for Artificial Intelligence in Medicine connects data-holding institutions, methodological and technical partners, and users from medicine, research, and industry. The goal is to create a high-performance, trustworthy research environment and to specifically promote innovative AI solutions.
At the 1st Network Partner Forum, you’ll have the opportunity to get to know KIMed better. The team will present the network, its areas of work, and its goals, and provide insights into current activities.
The event will focus on networking and professional exchange among stakeholders who are already working with AI at their institutions or plan to do so in the future.
We are pleased to welcome Dr. Anke Diehl, Chief Transformation Officer at Essen University Hospital, as our special guest, who will deliver a keynote address on the topic:
“From Data Silos to the Learning Hospital—Culture, Collaboration, and AI in the Smart Hospital?”
Anyone who is not yet familiar with KIMed or has not yet been involved is expressly welcome. Please feel free to forward this invitation!
